New Functionalities of CADMATE 2027
Centerlines and Center Marks
CADMATE 2027 adds Centerline and Center Mark functions. Automatically generate centerlines by selecting two segments, or place center marks at the center of circles and arcs. These tools precisely define geometric characteristics, a vital element of professional engineering language.
Parametric Constraints
CADMATE 2027 continues to make break-throughs in parameterization and dimension driven technologies. The new parametric constraint feature for dynamic blocks enables precise linkage between graphic dimensions and positions. This significantly enhances design efficiency and accuracy, supporting enterprises in standardized drafting and rapid design iterations.
Support of Multi Top Level Windows
Optimizing the interaction experience, CADMATE 2027 now supports multi-top-level windows. Users can drag a drawing tab out of the main application window to create a floating window. This allows multiple drawing files to be displayed simultaneously without switching tabs, facilitating easy comparison or copy pasting between drawings to boost efficiency.
Command Line Refactoring
The command line in CADMATE 2027 has been completely revamped. Users can freely drag the edges of the command line window to adjust its width and height. It now supports selecting command options via mouse clicks or hotkeys. Additionally, temporary prompts for individual commands are displayed above the command line, making input interaction more intuitive and efficient.
Hatch Optimization
The Hatch function has been optimized with the addition of the "Use Current Drawing" option. This extends the boundary search beyond the current viewport to use the entire drawing as the hatch boundary, effectively handling hatch operations for non-enclosed geometric boundaries.
Performance Boost
CADMATE 2027 adopts a brand-new memory pool, optimizing memory management and allocation mechanisms. Overall software performance has reached a new level, routine operations on complex drawings such as Regen, Zoom/Pan, Select, Move, Mirror, Rotate, Copy, Undo, Redo, Explode, and Delete have seen performance gains of over 10%. Notably, the speed for closing drawings has improved by more than 8 times, ensuring high-efficiency operations.
INNOVATIVE

DIMCORD
The DIMCORD command now features leader lines instead of polylines, so moving a text block automatically carries its leader with it, making label placement more intuitive. The updated “Parameters” dialog also lets you adjust scale and text height, and includes new Group and Auto Switch options for greater flexibility and ease of use.

Engineering Projection
The ENGINEERINGVIEWMODE variable enables switching the bottom view from ACAD’s default to a true engineering projection, enhancing visual accuracy in technical drawings.

Batch Plot
Frame records can now be previewed sequentially. Clicking any record initiates the preview, while pressing the spacebar advances through frames with the active frame highlighted.

Batch Purge
The Batch Purge tool now supports cleaning up registered applications, zero-length geometries, empty text objects, and orphaned drawing data.
Hatch Ribbon Interface
Reconstructed Hatch Creation and Image Editor tabs for a cleaner, more efficient interface.

Drawing Merge
The Drawing Merge feature enables batch analysis, splitting, and merging of drawings through Xrefs, offering customizable layout settings. Additional capabilities include viewing entity properties and exporting the drawing list to a .lst file for enhanced project organization.

Data Extraction
CADMATE 2026 now supports saving extraction settings in .CXE files, and reusing them as templates. You can also edit .CXE files to add or remove drawings, objects, or properties. Any tables linked to the same .CXE file will display the changes when those tables are updated.

PDF Import
The PDF import engine has been upgraded to the modern, actively maintained PDFium library—boosting import speed, enhancing raster image rendering (transparency, clarity, colour accuracy), improving text recognition and decoding (same-line text is recognized as MText, with each character assigned a width factor based on the first character), and delivering crisper hatch displays.
